Go to the Vote Thread, follow the link to the source kit, download the approval 
script, open a console, type ant -f ApproveInstaller.xml -Drelease.version=3.2 
-Drc=2, follow and check as requested by the script, once ok, install the 
installer from the release folder, if you had a installer 3.2 installed before, 
uninstall it first, play with the new installer and report.
