Aaaaand I'm an idiot, thanks Om.   Looks like between switching through so many 
tablets the one I'm checking wasn't connected to WiFi.   And this is why you 
should never program solo.

Can you open any other urls from the browser?

Also, do you need to be inside a particular network or a VPN to connect to that 
particular url?
