Read the hint in {{{}StreamPhysicalIntervalJoinRule{}}}, resolve the effective
time mode, validate domain combinations, and thread
{{{}earlyFireDelay{}}}/{{{}earlyFireTimeMode{}}} into
{{StreamExecIntervalJoin}} as NON_NULL JSON fields. Operator ignores them for
now.
