Thanks Yanquan for kicking off the next major CDC release! Happy to see the efforts for bumping Flink and Debezium dependency versions. As Flink 2.4 is expected to be released around the end of October, shall we consider expanding the Flink support matrix to 2.4 (or 2.5 if released then?)
