The private FailingSource emits one record pair per checkpoint and fails once
from
snapshotState after half its values. FailingCheckpointedSource keeps the
restore after a
completed checkpoint and the exactly-once sums, but fails in the reader; run it
at parallelism 1.
Adds the flink-test-utils-connector test dependency to flink-s3-fs-base.
