InfiniteSourceFunction finishes on restore via a union-state marker; a restored
TestSplit serves
the same purpose. Adds the flink-test-utils-connector test dependency to
flink-kubernetes. The
test only runs with ITCASE_KUBECONFIG set, so PR CI does not exercise it;
verify against a
cluster.
