Checkpointing during recovery crashes the task when
execution.checkpointing.aligned-checkpoint-timeout > 0 (see FLINK-40526). As
the proper fix is non-trivial, temporarily disable checkpointing during
recovery in this case until FLINK-40526 is resolved.
