Attachment: FLUME-1651.patch.txt
An attached patch makes hbase version configurable (with sensible defaults for
each profile). Plus it takes care of making sure that no 0.23.X Hadoop
artifacts leak from HBase (hadoop-client and hadoop-annotations are HBase
dependencies that need to be harmonized)
