Yes. You are right. At this point, we are just trying to unblock Bigtop. Once 
Hbase publishes the mvn artifacts, we will update our pom files to pull in the 
correct hbase versions from mvn central - so the version of flume immediately 
after that, will have the hbase version which has "official" hadoop-2 support.
