Did anyone worked on this? Curious on the benchmark with new implementation vs
the LBQ one.
IMHO, GC would be an issue if the Memory Channel is not cleaned up quickly
(LinkedList nodes become eligible for GC), before Objects are promoted to Old
Gen. For Young Gen GC time is proportional to Live objects. This could very
well happen if Sink is not able to clean up Channel fast enough. This could
very well be a real case, but missing the details here.
