The breadcrumb doesn't work either if a link points simply to a directory and
this is also true for 'forrest run'.
Should be easy to fix:
put index.html (or whatever indexfile is in tabs.xml) into the link

Description:
When creating a static html site (running command "forrest")
links in the document that point to a directory (index.html)
are broken when using the site without a server (file://)
To fix: add the filename to the links, i.e.
create <a href="../chapter1/index.html">
instead of <a href="../chapter1/">
