The patch attached is a hack to
forrest\main\webapp\skins\common\scripts\breadcrumbs.js
which simply inserts "index.html" at the end of the path.

Description:
When creating a static html site (running command "forrest")
links in the document that point to a directory (index.html)
are broken when using the site without a server (file://)
To fix: add the filename to the links, i.e.
create <a href="../chapter1/index.html">
instead of <a href="../chapter1/">
