Actually the discussion with Nicola showed me that I may have not
carefully enough looked in this potential. I guess that I will have to
take that guild on my account and I am deeply sorry if I have offended

Actually it was because of you, Shaun, why I stopped the work on
leather! I understood that the approach I had in mind are not suitable
for web designer to work with because absolute positioning is pain in
the a***. 

Please have a look on the view and viewHelper plugin because that is the
solution I came up with for web designer like you. I actually used the
scale dev to implement the presentation layer (you are right that it
took me quite a while, but better late then never ;-))

I will answer your, Shaun, original thread in more detail tomorrow, and
I hope that you can provide helpful views from a real web designer.
