HOWTO: Apache Forrest + Japanese (PDF rendering)

A blog by Tetsuya Kitahata [1] describes how to output PDF with Japanese 
charactes, I guess it will work with other languages too.

There is a misleading instruction in step 0, about which I've left a 
comment (pending author approval). I've also asked if we can include the 
content in a FAQ - failing that perhaps we should provide a link to the blog
