Summary: shine and polish the pelt theme so that it closely resembles the
pelt skin (was: need a theme that closely resembles the pelt skin)
Changed Summary to better describe the issue.
It doesn't need to exactly match, just no surprises for existing users. Where
possible we will refine it to have better CSS and hooks.
