See "locationmap demo is broken" seems that is a common lm problem and
not dispatcher specific.
See my comment in that thread. The locationmap is *not* broken. It is
only a small part of it that is broken (the rewrite). This may be
related, but my gut instinct is that it is not.
Perhaps a look at the locationmap logs will help.
