2) I have no local changes to projectInfo
3) both problems are related to an LM resource not being found
Are you sure you do not have some local changes that are intefering with
the locationmap?
I get the same error as Cyriaque.
I suspect it is because minotaur is down and so the doap
file cannot be retrieved from SVN.

I commented out the projectDetails stuff in index.xml
and site.xml and can now get past this glitch.
Ahhhh. Thanks David. So Cyriaque was online but minotaur wasn't - that
makes sense. It must be amazing timing that when I verified I could
build the docs minotaur was back up again - even if only temporarily.
