I was bitten by this one... Since it wasn't 'closed' but instead was
'resolved' I figured (incorrectly!) it was open for more... Lesson
learned! No harm no foul!
Would this help that people do not reuse issues?
Maybe we should just adjust the filter and treat resolved issue as
"not
open" issues. That definitely will reduce my flashbacks.
