Glossary terms from W3C have the rdfs:isDefinedBy property that I'm now using
to explicitly mention the source of each term. Nevertheless I can speak to
Dominique Hazaël-Massieux from W3C to clear concerns over the legal issue.
I'm not sure I understand. Do you mean you have a new patch that credits
the W3C for this content?
If so I imagine that will be fine, but I need the patch before I can
commit. The danger is that someone may download the SKOS plugin and
publish the content assuming it is Apache licenced when it is not.
I know this is a slim possibility, but the ASF prides itself on managing
IPR correctly.
Please provide a new patch with this change made.
I'd also appreciate it if you can check with the W3C to ensure such
reuse (with accreditation or otherwise) is acceptable. It almost
certainly will be, otherwise what is the point of making it available in
RDF format. But without explicit permission in the file it is difficult
to be sure.
