Not all templates appear in all template package. I only package
templates that translated. I can provide those templates in English
language. If you cant see the templates at all, you might have to
restart the application (also the quickstarter too). Then retry. So you
have successfully installed the package? Without any error message? Also
you can try locate the files in the extension storage folder in your
filesystem.

I've downloaded and installed the extension
OOOP-templates-unified-fr-2.3.1.2.oxt.jar but I can't see the new
templates as in this screenshot :
