No, this is not possible. The current toolbar implementation (located
in VCL) only knows the the arrow-down style for buttons. The
implementation has to be enhanced to support this.

explain it with more details?
I would like to know how i could put together text and icon in one
toolbar item, look like menu item, for example File->Save
(floppy disk - icon) Save...
