Yes, this is possible. Just open the customize toolbars dialog "Tools -
Customize - Toolbars". You can select the toolbar you want to change
with the "Toolbar" dropdown box. Now use the "Toolbar"-button on the
right side to change the style of the toolbar "Icons only", "Text only"
and "Icons&Text".
It's not possible to set this style for a single button, it's a toolbar
style.
