That may be the "text obkect" toolbar I mentioned. And this is a context
sensitive one that should appear only if text in a drawing object is edited.

And I assume that it happens only for context sensitive ones. And that
makes it a non-issue.

Cor reported a problem for the Drawing toolbar, but not related to Page
Preview but to OLE objects. And yes, this *is* a bug.
