We are already using the same disclaimer text (the wrong one wasn't much different either). As of the logo placement, we will see where Evangelia thinks it fits visually. (I wonder though, if the disclaimer text has to appear on all pages, and so has to be in the footer or header, or the welcome page is enough. I will assume that it's enough.)
