Does it work now?

Yep! But I've a problem with /usr/bin/ld: Undefined symbols but it's
probably on my side... will try to take a closer look later...

Looks like the linker cannot find the apr libraries. Where are they located?
You could try changing the /openpkg/lib in Makefile to something else.
Openpkg isn't installed by default so I will have to verify if MacOSX is supported... for now... here my changes to INCDIRS and LDFLAGS in Makefile...

INCDIRS := /usr/local/pcre-6.7/include /usr/local/apr/include /usr/local/apr/include/apr-0 /usr/local/include /usr/include /openpkg/include

LDFLAGS += -L/usr/local/apr-util-0.9.12/lib -L/usr/local/pcre-6.7/lib -L/usr/local/apr/lib -L/usr/local/lib -lsvn_subr-1 -lsvn_ra-1 -lsvn_client-1 -lpcre -lapr-0 -laprutil-0 -lsvn_delta-1 -liconv

Please tell me whether you got it working!
Here my run-tests... (revision 412):

export WAA=/tmp/WAA/
make run-tests VERBOSE=1
make -C test BINARY=/Users/benjamin/fsvs/fsvs/src/fsvs
