I am in the same line of thinking as Anthony, there is a ton of work here to keep this moving and there are not enough people to do it. Between the role call on the PMC list and lack of significant interest on DEV/USER lists, I do not see it being a successful community at this point in time. If at some point in the future, there are enough volunteers to bring it back, they can go through the incubation process again.
