The problem with leaving it as "gfsh" is that you already have a "gfsh"
symbol link that points to a _gemfire_ installation. If you name the geode
shell distribution as "gfsh", then when you need to switch from geode to
gemfire you will have to have a mechanism to overwrite or update the
_gemfire_ shell "gfsh" with the _geode_ shell "gfsh".  Then when you go
back to geode you will need a reverse mechanism to update the _geode_ shell
"gfsh" with the _gemfire_ shell "gfsh".   This is what I face daily and why
I named it something other than "gfsh", which installs in the bin directory.

I just want everyone to understand the ramifications of keeping it the same
name for those of us who use both.
