last bit of infrastructure is finally in place:

At this point reviewers of any proposed changes
have three options:
0. Review patches as they are attached to JIRA
1. Ask for a Github pull request
2. Ask for a Reviewboard submission
#0 is obviously the easiest and I suggest we try
to leverage it often. #1 fits better into GH workflow.
#2 has better UI (or some I am told ;-)). When using
Reviewboard make sure to add geode (as a group)
to the list of reviewers.
