+1 though JIRA 'issue watch' seems to work for me. The traffic that I cannot influence is reviewBoard e-mails.
For JIRA admin, Roman (rvs) has the karma to make modifications to default project notifications [1]. BTW, do we know if the committers have been subscribed to [email protected] by default? That gets ALL the JIRA volume, including commit e-mails [2].
