Sounds good to me as well (assuming you mean https://github.com/geoext). I just updated the org settings there. The PSC are all owners. Anyone in the PSC can add a new repo. We can create teams with specific permissions ("gxp committers" could have pull/push for gxm repo). I also look forward to moving GeoExt there. So +1 from me if we're voting on GitHub hosting.
