This patch allows compilation ONLY of the maven plugins using M1. You have to
point it an eclipse install using the eclipse.home.plugins property or use the
default specified in the project.properties file. It also assumes that the
build is on windows as I'm pulling in win32 specific UI libraries.
There is alot of common info between each of the properties and POM so this
should be made common. The next step will be to handle the build for the
runtime plugin and creating a project for packaging into a distributable zip.
