I had problems with the installer using default options for a jetty install.
When I started Geronimo it resulted in some exceptions due to some tomcat
configurations also being started, such as geronimo/welcome-tomcat/1.0/car .
Erik wasn't having these problems on his machine.
I have attached an updated patch that includes a pack for the Geronimo
documentation and some removal of tabs from some xml files.
The patch is for the 1.0 branch.
Outstanding tasks:
* Track down what the difference between my build (on windows) and others are.
* Enhance installer to configure the host and port on the SMTPTransport GBean.
* Review descriptions for each pack. E.G. the base J2EE back mentions JMS, yet
there is a separate JMS pack.
