The FixTextLines function "fixes" all CRLFs in xml and other file types across
the Geronimo
install tree. Apparently, the version of the Pluto portal being used does not
appreciate its XML files being adjusted.
The fix will cause FixTextLines to bypass the config-store directory when
fixing line endings.
Additionally the fix blends in some new error/trace logging functionality which
may
be enabled with -DTRACE=true on the installer command line.
