navigation.xml is not used anymore... the site sources are kind of a
mess at the moment :-(
Needs to be added to xdocs/stylesheets/projects.xml
I'm cleaning it up a tad... but don't have the patience to tidy it
all up.

We need to get a link to GBuild as well. I attempted to do this,
but updating the navigation.xml appears to do absolutely nothing.
