Currently, to set the initial listening host and port, it is necessary to set
the yoko.orb.oa.endpoint property. The ORB should also support the portable
org.omg.CORBA.ORBInitHost, org.omg.CORBA.ORBInitPort, and
org.omg.CORBA.ORBListenEndpoints properties.
