We get those same errors with JAX-WS TCK if we use a version of the RI newer
than 2.1.1. I THINK the latest version of the TCK fixes that issue, but
haven't had the time to try it. For now, we just use the older version of the
RI.
My suggestion would be to try a newer version of the tck or an older version of
the RI.
