Fix Version/s: 2.1.4
Committed the patch (with additional changes to support mtom and protocol
binding override from the DD) to trunk (revision 723850) and branches/2.1
(revision 723853). Thanks for the patch! Btw, please always use { } braces for
"if" statements.
