Ivan commented on GERONIMO-4499:
--------------------------------

I include a customized spring placeholder bean in Geronimo-4475.
a. the bean will read the config-substitutions.properties, so that the
PortOffSet and ActiveMQPort could be used in the borker's configuration file.
b. Make it support the placeholder like ${${ActiveMQPort} + ${PortOffset}}
Maybe we should create an injectable properties placeholder spring bean to
avoid reference the config-substitutions.xml directly in the future.
Thanks !

> can't use PortOffset in var\config\config-substitutions.properties to start
> two geronimo instance at the same machine.
