Basic Cocoon webapp fails to deploy on Geronimo with Jetty even though it
deploys and works with Tomcat

I'm testing geronimo+jetty and was trying to deploy the demo cocoon 2.2
application and the war deploys but it fails to start with a generic "unable to
deploy" exception. The war installs and runs perfectly on geronimo+tomcat.
