Resolution: Not A Problem
I took at a look at the sample cocoon application, the reason failed on jetty
build is due to an invalid filter mapping configuration in the web,xml:
<filter-mapping>
<filter-name>CocoonMultipartFilter</filter-name>
<servlet-name>Cocoon</servlet-name>
</filter-mapping>
There is no a servlet named Cocoon configured in the web.xml. To be detailed,
jetty build handle the web.xml filter by Geronimo itself, and for Tomcat build,
it is done by Tomcat, the error should be ignored by Tomcat ;-)
