Currently, the users could not dynamically reload JSP files as the application
is left packaged, one possible solution is that to keep a tag in the deployment
codes, while it is turned on, we might extract those jsp files in a "temp"
folder, and attach that folder as a alt context, but some details still need to
be considered.
Open a JIRA to track this, I think that we do need this function in the coming
Geronimo 3.0 release, hope that we could find a more gentle way to do it.
