yes, I know how to configure my IDE. But if we're going to require specific
settings for our patches, which very well may conflict with what's already
configured, then our tools need to provide that configuration. You need to
find out if IntelliJ/Eclipse can support the requirements in our checkstyle.
Any solution that involves devs having to configure their IDE specifically for
Giraph won't work.
