You're doing it in the run() method, which you'll want to eliminate and run the
code via GiraphRunner. By taking your Configuration setters out of your run()
method and putting their definitions into GiraphJob, you'll be able to use them
without having to implement run(). I think the plan is to factor out all the
extra code around the graph-generating IO format so you can just run it against
a vertex at the command-line via GiraphRunner. I realize the example code on
the website is old, you'll want to emulate the pattern you see in the examples/
code rather than the website stuff (which currently resembles some of the
benchmark/ code.)
