Avery, it passed both mvn clean verify and tests in pseudo-distributed mode. I
also confirmed that checkpoints are now written at correct moments (and the
test is coming with patch for GIRAPH-293, I just need this one to go in first).
Uploading new patch just to fix one comment in BspService.
