I revisited the project's history over the past 3 months, and noticed
a few factors that may have affected the bus factor during this
period:

1. We have a few productive contributors who were impacted by job changes.
2. The Gluten-Spark integration is becoming more mature: the code
architecture is stabilizing, and the contribution focus is shifting
toward ecosystem support and bug fixes.

And regarding the email list traffic, I believe it's relatively low
because the community hasn't been using it as the main communication
channel. We typically use GitHub for issues and discussions, and Slack
/ WeChat for casual conversations.

Weiting, would you like to include these points in the report? I’d be
glad to help if needed.

And we could open individual email threads to discuss how we can
address these issues going forward.
