Hi Justin, Thanks for your feedback and suggestions regarding the report. The increase in forks and stars reflects growing interest from the community, especially as we approach graduation. The slight rise in contributors also indicates expanding engagement from external developers. We'll make sure to highlight more trends and explain the underlying reasons for changes in future reports.
Regarding the bus factor and low email traffic on the dev list, like Hongze mentioned, we acknowledge this and are actively working to improve it, while much of our discussion has taken place on Github Discussions, Slack, and WeChat, which are more immediate and convenient for geographically team discussion. However, thanks for providing a good guideline for us. Moving forward, we will prioritize using the Apache dev mailing list for key feature discussions and project decisions, especially as Apache Gluten is planning to graduate in the coming months. This shift will help ensure better visibility and alignment with Apache community practices.
