I’d like to initiate a discussion about graduating Apache Gluten from the Incubator. Over the past year, the project has demonstrated strong maturity across all key dimensions: About Community: - 170+ contributors, 44 committers 35 PPMC members from diverse organizations, and most are still active now. - Increasing GitHub stars/forks About Governance: - Public votes via mailing list [1] - Open discussions [2] About Release: - 5 successful incubating releases since v1.2.0 (latest: v1.5.0 in Oct. 2025) [3] - Include at least 2 Release Managers [4] About Branding: - The name of "Apache Gluten" has been approved by the VP, Brand Management About Reporting: - Complete to deliver Apache Quarterly Report [5] - Host Apache Gluten Monthly Syncup [6] About Neutrality: - PPMC members from 15 individual companies - 170+ Committers from over 25 companies About Infrastructure: - Use ASF mailing list [1] - source control [7] - website [8] - issue tracking [9] About ASF compliance checks: - Apache Podling Website Checks [10] - Incubator Clutch Status [11] - Maturity model self-assessment completed [12] - Mentors have expressed support for graduation in recent reports [13] We believe the project is ready to move forward. Please share your thoughts, feedback, or concerns. If there’s consensus, we can proceed with a formal graduation vote.
