+1 Strongly support Gluten’s graduation. In terms of user adoption, ecosystem impact, code completeness, and long-term sustainability, Gluten fully meets the criteria for becoming an Apache Top-Level Project. I am confident that the project is capable of stable, independent evolution and is fully ready to graduate from the Incubator.
