As long as comment is added and JIRA are filed to fix the failed unit tests for
the solr module I believe we should move on +1.
Would love to Scott's contribution at use as latest new feature and we have
enough time to stabilize this before next release. I hope Scott's can help us
continue with maintaining and updating the solr store.
