It's got to be the website, hasn't it? The PDF documentation is
nice to
have, but I'm sure the majority of users will use the HTML
documentation
first.
I personally prefer usually PDF because of the search capabilities
and the better navigation. For me the big advantage of HTML is that I
can link directly to sections of the user's guide in my postings to
the mailing list. So I think both is important.
